Obezite ve Cinsel Sağlık
Özet
Obezite günümüzde küresel salgın boyutunda bir sağlık sorunudur. Obezite sağlığımızı birçok yönden etkiler. Obezite ve fiziksel hastalık arasındaki ilişki iyi kurulmuştur. Obezitenin cinsel sağlık üzerindeki olumsuz etkisine dair artan bir kabul vardır. Bu doğrudan fiziksel ve psikososyal etkiler yoluyla veya dolaylı olarak eşzamanlı komorbiditeler aracılığıyla olmaktadır. Obezite cinsel davranışı, sosyal işlevi ve cinsel sağlık sonuçlarını etkileyebilir. Cinsel sağlık genel sağlık, esenlik ve yaşam kalitesinin önemli bir parçasıdır. Sağlık açısından obezite ile mücadele etmek için etkili stratejiler izlemeye devam etmemiz gerekmektedir. Sağlığın teşviki ve geliştirilmesi hizmetleri obezitenin bireyin yalnızca fiziksel sağlığını değil aynı zamanda cinsel yaşamını da nasıl etkilediğini vurgulamalıdır.
