Yoga/Meditasyon
Cancer is one of the most common causes of morbidity and mortality annually worldwide. Cancer and its treatment; It causes complaints such as depression, anxiety, fatigue, pain, nausea/vomiting, cognitive difficulty, and immune suppression. These complaints significantly reduce the quality of life of patients. Although advances in cancer treatment have provided significant gains in the fight against the disease, the rate of application of alternative and complementary medical treatments by patients to combat the complaints caused by both the disease and the treatments is increasing day by day. Yoga and meditation are some of the practices used in this process to improve different aspects of physical and mental health
