Synopsis
“Sütte Tağşiş Maddelerinin Aranması" başlıklı kitap bölümü, süt ve süt ürünlerinde tağşişin (sahtecilik) etkilerini ve bu maddelerin tespitine yönelik yöntemleri kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Bölüm, gıda güvenliği ve kalite yönetimi açısından tağşişin potansiyel risklerini vurgulamakta ve tüketicinin korunması adına bilimsel çözümler sunmaktadır. Tağşiş maddelerinin kimyasal ve biyolojik tespit yöntemleri, analiz teknikleri ve güncel teknolojiler detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, bu süreçte kullanılan cihazların özellikleri, analiz prosedürleri ve uluslararası standartlara uygunluk konularına da değinilmektedir. Bölüm, gıda bilimciler, sektör profesyonelleri ve akademisyenler için rehber niteliği taşımaktadır.
