Gebelikte Solunum Sisteminin Cerrahi Hastalıkları
Synopsis
Akciğer hastalıkları anne ölümlerinin dolaylı nedenlerinden biridir. Gebelikte büyüyen uterus ve hormonal değişimler akciğerlerin hacminde ve mekaniğinde değişikliklere neden olur. Gebelikte solunumsal değişikliklerin fizyopatolojisinin bilinmesi, terapötik karar verme ve etkili bakım sağlamada önemlidir. Gebelikte cerrahi, obstetrik komplikasyon riskini arttırdığından mümkün olduğunca kaçınılmalıdır. Nadir de olsa bazen maternal ve fetal komplikasyonları azaltmak için gebenin tedavisi konusunda göğüs cerrahından yardım istenebilmektedir. Ampiyem, spontan pnömotoraks ve diyafragma hernisi gibi bazı sağlık sorunlarının gebeleri kayda değer sıklıkta etkilediği bilinmekle birlikte, torasik alanla ilişkili gebeliğe spesifik hastalıklar bulunmamaktadır. Bu bölümde, gebelerde sık görülen solunum sistemi hastalıkları, cerrahisi ve ebelik bakımı ele alınmaktadır.
