Pediyatrik Baş ve Boyun Hastalıklarında Görüntüleme

Synopsis

Baş ve boyun görüntüleme, güncel ve gelişmiş radyolojik görüntüleme yöntemleri ile anatomik ve morfolojik değerlendirme sağlarken olası patolojileri detaylı değerlendirmeye olanak sağlar. Çocukluk çağı baş ve boyun hastalıklarında klinik değerlendirme esas rol oynarken, radyolojik değerlendirme temel yardımcı konumundadır. Tercih edilecek görüntüleme yönteminin seçimine, klinik endikasyon, inceleme bölgesi, hasta yaşı, anestezi gerekliliği ve iyonize radyasyon hassasiyetine göre karar verilmektedir. Çocukluk çağı baş ve boyun hastalıklarında radyolojik görüntüleme, konjenital ve gelişimsel malformasyonlar, enfektif / enflamatuar hastalıklar, tümör ve benzeri durumlar gibi çeşitli süreçlerin varlığında uygun radyolojik yöntem seçimi ile tanıda ve tedavi yönetiminde yeri dolduramaz katkılar sağlar.
