Pediatrik Hava Yoluna Yaklaşım
Synopsis
Pediatrik havayolu problemlerine doğru bir yaklaşım, eksiksiz tanı ve tedavi için en önemli adımdır. Doğru bir yaklaşım için pediatrik anatominin erişkinlerden farkını bilmek, doğru zamanda doğru sıralamayla uygun muayene tekniklerini ve araçlarını kullanmak gerekir. Öncelikle havayolu probleminin aciliyeti ve derecesi belirlenir, ona göre acil müdahale ya da ayrıntılı anamnez ve fizik muayene aşamasına geçilir. Rdyolojik görüntülemeler endoskopik muayeneler kadar yardımcı olmasa da, özellikle direkt grafi ve BT bazı endikasyonlarda da anestezi altında MR görüntülerinden faydalanırız. Fleksible nazofaringoskopik muayene pediatrik hava yoluna yaklaşımda önemli yer tutar. Sonuçlarına göre de anestezi altında direkt laringoskopi özefagoskopi, bronkoskopi gibi daha invaziv yaklaşımlara yer verilir.
