Baş Dönmesine Acilde Yaklaşım
Synopsis
Baş dönmesi şikâyeti ile acile başvuran hastaların tanıları doğru şekilde koymak hayati öneme sahiptir. Santral nedenlerden dolayı baş dönmeleri mortal seyredebilirken, bazı periferik nedenler hastaların sosyal yaşantılarında zorluklara yol açmaktadır. Anamnez ve fizik muayenede bize tanıya götürmekte yardımcı olabilecek noktaları bilmek hem hızlı tanıya yönelmemizde yardımcı olurken hem de gereksiz tetkik isteminin önüne geçilebilir.
