Plevra Hastalıklarında Görüntüleme
Synopsis
Plevral hastalıklar belirgin mortalite ve morbiditeye sebep olması nedeniyle global öneme sahiptir. Plevra hastalıklarında ilk görüntüleme yöntemi iki yönlü akciğer grafisidir. Ultrason, Bilgisayarlı Tomografi, Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme plevrayı görüntülmek için kullanılan diğer modalitelerdir. Plevral hastalığın tanısı, derecesi, biyopsi için uygunluk değerlendirilmesi ve prognozu belirlemede önem taşır.
