Apendiks Mukoseli: Klinik, Görüntüleme ve Yönetimi
Synopsis
Apendiks mukoseli apendiks lümeninin çeşitli nedenlerle müsinöz içerikle dolduğu ve genişlediği, nadir olarak karşımıza çıkan bir durumdur. Apendiks mukoseli olan hastaların çoğu asemptomatiktir. Bununla birlikte apendiks mukoseli perfore olduğunda psödomiksoma peritoneiye yol açabilmekte ve hayatı tehdit edici bir hale gelebilmektedir. Radyolojik görüntülemede apendiks mukoseli genellikle çekum ile bağlantılı, düzgün sınırlı, elonge kistik bir yapı şeklinde görülür. Apendiks mukoselinin tedavisinde cerrahi tedavi önerilmektedir. Bu bölümde apendiks mukoseli klinik, histopatolojik ve radyolojik yönleriyle değerlendirilecektir.
