İnflamatuar Romatizmal Hastalıklarda Nosiplastik Ağrı

Synopsis

Nosiplastik ağrı, tanımlanabilir sinir dokusu hasarı olmayan ağrı; santral sensitizasyon ve nöronal disregülasyondan kaynaklandığı düşünülen ağrı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Nosiplastik ağrı için santral ağrı veya santralize ağrı terimi de kullanılabilmektedir. İnflamatuar romatizmal hastalıkları olan bireylerde inflamasyonun ağrı ile ilişkisi tartışılmazdır. Fakat son zamanlarda bu hasta grubunda zamanla gelişen nosiplastik ağrının, inflamasyon kontrol altına alınsa bile hastada ağrı varlığını devam ettirebildiği bildirilmiştir. Bu hasta grubunda nosiplastik ağrının zamanında fark edilmemesi gereksiz DMARD değişikliklerine ve / veya hastanın yaşam kalitesinde kötüleşmeye neden olabilmektedir.
