Pediatrik Trakeotomi
Özet
Pediatrik trakeotomi, çocuklarda üst solunum yolu obstrüksiyonu, uzamış ventilasyon ve nöromusküler hastalıklar gibi durumlar için uygulanır. Tarihi 18. yüzyıla kadar uzanan bu cerrahi prosedür, çocuklarda anatomi ve fizyolojik farklılıklar nedeniyle zorlu ve komplikasyon riski yüksek bir operasyondur. Bölümde, pediatrik trakeotominin endikasyonları, kontraendikasyonları, cerrahi hazırlık ve teknik aşamaları detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, erken ve geç dönemde karşılaşılabilecek komplikasyonlar ile bakım sürecinde multidisipliner ekip çalışmasının önemi vurgulanmıştır.
