Endometriozise Fonksiyonel Tıp Yaklaşımı
Özet
Endometriozis günümüzde pek çok kadını etkileyen ve hayat kalitesini düşüren bir hastalıktır. Fertil çağdaki her on kadından birinde endometriozis saptanmaktadır. Pek çok farklı semptom ile kendini prezente eden bu hastalık en sık dismenore, pelvik ağrı, diskezi, dizüri, intertilite ile karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bilime dayalı tıp ile primer tedavisini düzenlediğimiz bu hasta grubunda yaşam tarzı değişikleri ve fonksiyonel tıbbın semptomlar üzerindeki etkilerinden bahsedeceğiz.
Endometriosis is a common disease that affects many women and plays a role in their quality of life. Every one in ten women in their fertile age experince endometriozis or its effects. Endometriozis most commonly presents itself with dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, dyschezia, dysuria anf infertility. We will talk about alternatives of managing the disease along with evidence based treatment.
