Çocuklarda Safra Kesesi Hastalıklarına Yaklaşım

Özet

Çocuklarda safra kesesi taşı takibi yetişkinlerden farklıdır. Safra kesesi taşı tedavisi yaşa ve taş oluşum sebebine göre değişmektedir, bu sebeple kişiselleştirilmiş tedavi planlanmalıdır. Gözlem, UDKA tedavisi ve cerrahi çocuklarda safra kesesi taşlarına uygulanabilecek yöntemlerdir. Asemptomatik taşlar takip edilebilirken, semptomatik taşlara hemolitik hastalık nedeniyle oluşmamışsa UDKA tedavisi başlanabilir yada cerrahi planlanabilir. Hemolitik hastalık tanısı varsa ve hasta semptomatikse cerrahi planlanmalıdır. Bilier diskinezi tanı kriterlerini ve kolesistektomi sonrası semptomların durumunu değerlendirmek için daha geniş çaplı çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
