Koroziv Madde Alımı Olan Çocuklarda Tedavi Yönetimi
Özet
Koroziv madde alımı yaygın bilgilendirme çalışmalarına rağmen tüm dünyada güncel bir sağlık sorunu olmayı sürdürmektedir. Çocuklarda koroziv madde alımı ile ilgili olarak literatürde çok sayıda çalışma olmak ile birlikte tanı ve tedavi konularında tartışmaların devam ettiği görülmektedir. Fizik muayene bulguları olmayan hastaların endoskopi ile tespit edilen etkilenme derecelerinin anlamlı şekilde az olduğunu bildiren yayınların yanı sıra fizik muayene bulgularının her zaman etkilenme derecelerinin bir göstergesi olamayacağını bildiren yayınlar da bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca etken maddenin standart bir içeriğe sahip olmasının yanında etken maddenin pH’sı gibi konuların hasarlanma dereceleri üzerindeki etkilerini inceleyen geniş bir literatür bulunmaktadır. Bu sayede, tanısal işlem endikasyonlarının belirlenmeye çalışıldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca darlık gibi komplikasyonlara yönelik tedavi zamanlaması ve tedavi yöntemleri ile ilgili farklı uygulamalar olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenler ile koroziv madde alımı olan hastalarda tanı ve tedavi konuları dinamik birer süreç olmayı sürdürmektedir.
