Vitamin E
Özet
E vitamini kanserin gelişmesinde ve korunmasında araştırılan besinlerden biridir. Antioksidan özellikleri dokulardaki hücrelerin oksidatif stresten korunmasında rol oynar. Oksidatif stresin kanserdeki rolü nedeniyle diyetle alınan E vitamini tüketiminin kanseri önleme ve kanser tedavisindeki rolü üzerine birçok çalışma bulunmaktadır. Çalışmaların netliği ve sonuçlarının merkezinde, E vitamininin kanser üzerindeki olumlu etkisi belirsizliğini korumaktadır.
Vitamin E is one of the nutrients researched in the development and protection of cancer. Its antioxidant properties play a role in protecting cells in tissues from oxidative stress. Due to the role of oxidative stress in cancer, there are many studies on the role of dietary vitamin E consumption in cancer prevention and cancer treatment. Central to the clarity and results of the studies, the positive effect of vitamin E on cancer remains unclear.
