Sütte Tağşiş Maddelerin Aranması I
Synopsis
Süt soğuk zincir altında tutulması gereken ve kolay bozulan bir gıda maddesidir. Bu sebeple sütte bozulmayı engellemek veya sütün kimyasal yapısında meydana gelen bozulmaları örtbas etmek için süte birçok farklı kimyasal katılmaktadır. Bu bölümde süte tağşiş amaçlı ilave edilen kimyasalların tespitinde kullanılan analiz metotları anlatılmıştır.
