Nöbet ve Status Epileptikus
Synopsis
Nöbet, epilepsi ve status epileptikus günlük pratiğimizde sıklıkla karşılaştığımız önemli nörolojik durumlardır.Tanısal görüntülemeler ve laboratuvar tetkiklerine rağmen iyi bir anamnez ve öykü halen tanıda en büyük yardımcımızdır. Gerçek nöbetin, nöbet benzeri durumlardan ayrımının yapılması, ayırıcı tanıda düşünülecek diğer hastalıklar, geçirilmiş olan ilk ve tek nöbetle başvuran hastanın yönetimi, aynı şeklide uzamış nöbette erken ve etkin basamak tedavisinin bilinmesi hastaların yönetiminde kritik öneme sahiptir.
