Acilde Kronik Böbrek Yetmezliği ve İlişkili Durumlar
Synopsis
Kronik böbrek hastalığı (KBH) acillerde sık karşılaşılan ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye yol açabilen bir sağlık sorunudur. KBH hasta grubu içinde son dönem böbrek yetmezliği (SDBY) mevcut hastalar ve renal replasman tedavi seçeneklerinden birisini alan hastalar çok çeşitli komplikasyonlar ile acil servislere başvuruları mevcuttur. İlk değerlendirme sonrası uygulanacak acil tedavinin kritik önem arz ettiği, bu hastalarda vakayı yöneten ekibin bilgi ve beceri düzeyinin artırılması, öncelikle değerlendirilmesi gereken durumların tespit edilmesi hayati önem arz etmektedir.
