Akut Böbrek Yetmezliği
Synopsis
Akut böbrek yetmezliği birçok sebebe bağlı olabilen ve böbrek fonksiyonunda akut bir azalma ile karakterize bir klinik sendromdur. Klinik çoğu zaman asemptomatiktir ve hastaların biyokimyasal testlerinde serum üre ve kreatinin seviyesindeki akut yükselme ile tanı konulmaktadır. İlerlemiş olgular semptom ve bulgular (bulantı, kusma, nefes darlığı, iştahsızlık, ödem, ensefalopati, hipertansiyon) ile başvurabilirler. ABY’nin alt yattan sebebi iyi anlaşılmalı vakit kaybetmeden tedavisi başlanmalı, ileri evrede dializ endikasyonları iyi bilinmelidir ve geç kalınmamalıdır. ABY etkin tedaviyle, öncesinde normal böbrek fonksiyonlarına sahip hastalarda, çoğunlukla geri dönüşlüdür.
