Akut Karaciğer Yetmezliği: Tanısal Yaklaşım
Synopsis
Akut karaciğer yetmezliği, acil servise sık başvuru olup en kısa zamanda tanı konulup tedaviye başlanması gereken bir durumdur. Etyolojisinin belirlenmesi öykü alma, laboratuvar testleri ve görüntüleme çalışmalarının bir kombinasyonunu gerektirir. Öncelikle altta yatan neden belirlenmeye çalışılmalıdır. Karaciğer yetmezliğinin altında yatan nedenin belirlenmesi, tedaviye yaklaşımı etkilediği ve prognostik bilgi sağladığı için önemlidir. Tanı tipik olarak öykü alma, laboratuvar testleri ve görüntüleme çalışmalarının bir kombinasyonu ile konur.
