Atriyoventrüküler Blok ve Atriyoventriküler Nodal Reentran Taşikardi Birlikteliği
Synopsis
Atriyoventriküler nodal reentran taşikardi(AVNRT) sık görülen bir supraventriküler taşikardidir.Atriyoventriküler(AV) nodun etrafında oluşan reentriyle karakterizedir.Bu reentri oluşurken AV nodun iletiminin sağlam olması gerekir.AV nodun anatomik olarak infra-nodal kısmından kaynaklanan atriyoventriküler bloklarda atriyoventriküler blok ve atriyoventiküler nodal reentran taşikardi birlikte görülebilir.Takiplerimizde AV blok ve AVNRT için hastaya pacemaker implantasyonu ve kateter ablasyonu yapıldı.Hastanın ritim bozuklukları kontrol altına alındı.
