Koroner Bifurkasyonlara Yaklaşım: Nanocrush Tekniği

Synopsis

Koroner bifurkasyon lezyonları işlem başarısının düşük olması ve yüksek restenoz riski nedeniyle koroner girişimlerde önemli problemlerden biridir. Yeni nesil stentlerin ve tekniklerin geliştirilmesiyle bifurkasyon lezyonları başarısında ve major istenmeyen kardiyovasküler olaylar oranlarında olumlu gelişmeler sağlanmıştır. Gerçek bifurkasyon lezyonlarında çift stent stratejileri (crush, culotte, T stent ) kullanılırken diğer bifurkasyon lezyonlarında provizyonel yaklaşım ön plandadır. Vakamızda gerçek bifurkasyon lezyonu olan hastamızda nano-crush tekniği uygulamamızdan bahsedeceğiz.
