Gebe Hastada Wolf Parkinson White Sendromu Yönetimi
Synopsis
Wolf Parkinson White (WPW) Sendromu aksesuar yollara bağlı gelişen bir preeksitasyon sendromudur. WPW sendromunun karakteristik özellikleri kısa PR mesafesi, başlangıç kısmında genişlemiş olan QRS dalgası ve delta dalgasıdır. Gebelik genellikle aksesuar yollarla ilgili aritmileri tetikler veya şiddetlendirir. Bu olgumuzda çarpıntı, baş dönmesi ve halsizlik ile acile gelen elektrokardiyogramı (EKG) WPW sendromuna eşlik eden Atrial Fibrilasyon (AF) ile uyumlu 27 yaş gebe hastanın vakası sunulacak ve vaka yönetimi hakkında güncel yaklaşımlar özetlenecektir.
