Subklavien – Vertebral Arter Çalma Sendromu
Synopsis
Subklavien arterin; vertebral arter orifisi proksimalinden stenozuna bağlı olarak ipsilateral vertebral arterden stenoz distaline doğru olan retrograd akım; özellikle kol hareketleri ile serebral iskemi ve iskemiye sekonder baş dönmesi, denge kaybı, senkop gibi semptomlara neden olur. Çoğu asemptomatik olan subklavien çalma sendromu olgularına revaskülarizasyon tedavisi gerekmezken; semptomatik olgularda stenotik subklavien arter segmentinin balon ve/veya stentle tedavisi uzun dönem damar açıklığını sağlayarak semptomların güvenli ve etkin biçimde tedavisini sağlar.
