Permenant Atriyal Fibrilasyon Olgusunda Gelişen Süperior Mezenterik Arter Embolisi ve Endovasküler Tedavisi

Synopsis

 Atriyal fibrilasyon ilerleyen yaşla beraber sıklığı artan önemli bir morbidite ve mortalite nedenidir ve erişkinlerde en sık görülen aritmidir. Ortaya çıktıktan sonra birçok olumsuz sonucu da beraberinde getirmektedir. Ölüm, inme, sol ventrikül disfonksiyonu ve kalp yetmezliği, hastaneye yatış sıklığında artma en sık karşılaşılan olumsuz sonuçlardır. Periferik embolilerin en önemli sebebidir. Daha çok akla inme sebebi olarak gelse de farklı damar yatakları içinde emboli riski oluşturmaktadır. Bu vakamızda 72 yaşında atriyal fibrilasyon öyküsü olan bayan hastamızda gelişen akut mezenter iskemi ve endovasküler olarak tedavisi anlatılmaktadır.
