Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi
Synopsis
Artan taleplere cevap verebilmek ve en iyi hizmeti sağlayabilmek için, sağlık kurumlarının dinamik bir süreç içerisinde kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Performans değerlendirme, bu hedef kapsamında önemli ve etkin araçlardan birisidir. Performans değerlendirme, kurumun ve kurum içerisindeki çalışanların faaliyetlerinin belirlenmesi, ölçülmesi, sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ve gelecek adımların atılmasına olanak sağlar. Sağlık kurumları ve kurumun alt birimleri kendi niteliklerine göre ve değerlendirme içerisindeki tüm bireylerin algılayabileceği bir performans değerlendirme yöntemi seçmelidir. Bu bölümde performans değerlendirme sistemi özellikle ebelik mesleği ekseninde derlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
