Yanıklı Pediatrik Hastaların Ağrı Yönetiminde Sanal Gerçeklik Uygulamalarının Etkinliği: Randomize Kontrollü Çalışmaların Sistematik Derlemesi
Synopsis
Çalışma, yanıklı çocuklarda uygulanan sanal gerçeklik teknolojine temelli uygulamaların ağrı yönetimine etkisini değerlendirmek amacı ile “çocuk”, “yanık”, “ağrı yönetimi”, “sanal gerçeklik”, “randomize kontrollü çalışmalar” anahtar kelimeleri ile CINAHL, Science Direct, Web of Science, Springer Link, Ovid Medline, Scopus, Cochrane Central Register Of Controlled Trials, PubMed, Ulakbim ve Yök Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanlarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. 1413 makaleye ulaşılmış, dahil etme-hariç tutma kriterlerine uyan yedi makale çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Dahil edilen çalışmaların yalnız birinde sanal gerçeklik uygulamasının yanıklı çocuk hastalarda ağrıyı azalttığı ancak bu azalmanın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı tespit edilirken, diğer altı çalışmada bu uygulamanın ağrıyı anlamlı olarak azalttığı tespit edilmiştir.
