Sakroiliak Eklem Disfonksiyonu Tanı ve Tedavisi
Synopsis
Bel ağrıları yetişkin popülasyonun %70 -85’ini yaşamlarının bir döneminde etkiler. Bazen akut başlar, bazen de 12 haftadan uzun sürerek kronikleşebilir. Kronik bel ağrısı (KBA), açık bir patolojisi olsun veya olmasın tekrarlayan ağrının, fiziksel işlev bozukluğuna, sosyal izolasyona ve/veya ruh hali değişikliklerine yol açtığı karmaşık bir biyopsikososyal durumdur. Sakroiliak eklem (SIE) ağrısı, bel ağrısının yaygın nedenlerindendir. Çalışmalar, mekanik bel ağrısının %10 ila %27' sinin SIE ağrısına ikincil olduğunu göstermiştir. Sakroiliak eklem disfonksiyonunun tanı ve tedavisi ayrıntılı olarak anlatılacaktır.
