Aloe Vera
Synopsis
Kanser hastalığında kemoterapi, immunoterapi ve radyoterapi tedavinin bel kemiğini oluşturur ve profesyonel ekiplerce kanıta dayalı tıp esasları ile yönetilir. Bu tedavilerinin etkinliğini arttırmak ve yan etkilerini azaltmak için pek çok yöntem mevcuttur ve alternatif tıpta kullanılan ajanların kanser tedavisine olumlu veya olumsuz etkileri hakkındaki bilgilerimiz gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu bölümde alternatif tıpta oldukça fazla kullanılan aloe vera bitkisinin kanser hastalığı tedavi yönetimindeki yeri, kullanılabileceği alanlar ve kullanılmaması gereken alanlar kanıta dayalı tıp esasları gözetilerek derlenmiştir.
Chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy form the backbone of treatment in cancer and are managed by professional teams on the basis of evidence-based medicine. There are many methods available to increase the effectiveness of these treatments and reduce their side effects, and our knowledge about the positive or negative effects of agents used in alternative medicine on cancer treatment is increasing day by day. In this section, the place of the aloe vera plant, which is widely used in alternative medicine, in cancer treatment management, the areas where it can be used and the areas where it should not be used have been compiled, taking into account the principles of evidence-based medicine.
