Eczacılık ve Eczacılık Hizmetleri
Synopsis
Eczacılık mesleği, pek çok aşamadan geçerek İnsanlığın evrimi ile paralel olarak bugünkü durumuna ulaşmıştır. Eczacılık, hastaların teşhis ve tedavisi ile hastalıklardan korunmada kullanılan doğal ve sentetik kaynaklı ilaç hammaddelerinden yola çıkarak, çeşitli farmasötik şekillerde ilaçların hazırlanması, etken madde ve ilaç analizi, farmakolojik etkilerin incelenmesi, hastaya sunum, emniyet, etkinlik ve maliyet açısından en uygun şekilde kullanılması amacıyla gözetimini üstlenen bir meslektir.
Eczacı, ilaç kullanımıyla ilgili ortaya çıkan çok yönlü sorunlara çözüm getirme konusunda da sorumluluk taşır.
Eczacılık hizmetleri ise, İlaçların hastaya sunulmasının yanında, sağlığın geliştirilmesi, hastalığın rehabilite edilmesindeki tüm görev, yetki, sorumluluk ve faaliyetlerdir. Eczacılık hizmetleri, ülkeler arası uygulama farklılıkları göstermektedir. Tüm ülkeler, kaliteli eczacılık hizmetlerinin standart ortak noktası olarak Dünya Sağlık Örgütü'nün kılavuzu (WHO)/Uluslararası Eczacılık Federasyonu İyi eczane uygulamalarını (GPP) (FIP) esas almaktadır.
Dünya Sağlık Örgütü ve Uluslararası Eczacılık Fedarasyonu eczacılık hizmetleri için dört ayrı rol, işlev ve faaliyet tanımlamaktadır:
1. İlaç ve tıbbi ürünlerin hazırlanması, üretimi, güvence altına alınması, yönetilmesi ve imha edilmesi
2. İlaçların sağlanması, stoklanması ve hastaya ulaştırılması
3. İlaçların akılcı olarak kullanımına imkan vermesi
4. İlaçların toplum sağlığına istenen ve zarar veren etkilerinin izlenmesi.
Toplum Eczaneleri, halk sağlığını ve sağlıklı yaşamı teşvik eden kurumlar olarak birçok fayda sağlamaktadır.

The profession of pharmacy has gone through many stages and reached its current state in parallel with the evolution of humanity. Pharmacy includes the preparation of drugs in various pharmaceutical forms, active ingredient and drug analysis, examination of pharmacological effects, presentation to the patient, and supervision in order to use them in the most appropriate way in terms of safety, effectiveness and cost, based on the natural and synthetic drug raw materials used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients and the prevention of diseases. It is a profession that takes over.
The pharmacist is also responsible for providing solutions to multifaceted problems that arise regarding drug use.
Pharmacy services are all duties, authorities, responsibilities and activities in improving health and rehabilitating the disease, as well as providing medicines to the patient. Pharmacy services show differences in practice between countries. All countries are based on the World Health Organization (WHO)/International Pharmaceutical Federation Good pharmacy practices (GPP) (FIP) as the standard common ground for quality pharmacy services.
The World Health Organization and the International Pharmaceutical Federation define four distinct roles, functions and activities for pharmacy services:
1. Preparation, production, securing, management and disposal of medicines and medical products
2. Providing, stocking and delivering medications to the patient
3. Allowing the rational use of drugs
4. Monitoring the desired and harmful effects of drugs on public health.
Community Pharmacies provide many benefits as institutions that promote public health and healthy living.
